Subject: Crisis Consulting Group Expands, Announces Name Change Marietta, GA—August 24, 2007 Crisis Consulting Group of Marietta, GA announced today that it has changed its name to Monarch Business Resiliency, Inc. (MBR). As the industry evolves from disaster recovery to business continuity to business resiliency, the name change better reflects the current activities of the company. As an affiliate of Monarch Solutions, a $12 million IT and BCP staffing company, MBR is uniquely qualified to handle even the most complex business continuity/resiliency projects. Our teams of certified continuity planners have deep IT experience and through our affiliate, we have access to expertise that other consulting companies simply cannot match. In addition to changing the name, we have made a significant addition to our management team. Industry veteran Randy Coleman has joined MBR as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Randy has over 25 years experience in the industry. He was President of Recovery Management, Inc. which was acquired by Comdisco in 1997 and most recently worked at EMC. His experience and strong relationships with many of the industry leaders is a valuable asset that we can now offer to our customers.
